Cross Farm Park into Thompson, http://connect.garmin.com/activity/26401257. Ran with the training group today. It was a balmy 54 degree with cool wind blowing to cool me down. Chased my shadow the first 2 miles, 9.47 and 9.39 min/miles----I rarely break the 10 min/mile so this is HUGE for me.
I felt good and I probably could have run a mile or two more, but I did not want to push my luck.
