Great day today hanging with the boys---car wash, new running sneaks, Sandy Hook, and then Turning Point for lunch.
Sandy Hook was great and it was so hard not to bust out the new running shoes sitting in the car and hit those nice trails---I will have to go back another time.

Tonight Con had practice at Buck's Mill and I decided to sneak a run in to test out my new sneaks, of course. I wanted to run 2-3 miles and keep my pace nice and easy. Well........
