Group runs for this week:
Friday, December 17th 9 am YMCA front entrance 3-4 miles
Sunday, December 19th 11 am Cross Farms 5-6 (I LOVE running earlier—but we have a dinner the night before and I know I will be consuming more than my share of wineJ--I may dry heave throughout the run—so only the brave may want to join me)
