Got my run in even with back pain

So after yesterday's snafu with back pain galore and tennis--I decided to skip P90X and my strength training and get a run in.  My goal was 5--I stuck to the TM since I was unsure of how I would feel.  I went really slow--think my walking pace but in a slow jog motion.  After a mile of this--I tried some intervals, but running slow just felt better.

The weather at the end of the week is supposed to be GORGEOUS--50s---so I am really counting on get a great run in--one of those "just for me" runs--on Th or F.
