3 Miles--always better with friends

3 Miles at Thompson today with L and N.  Great run!  After P90X and Strength Training at Y--I was spent--but I knew I would get the 3 done.  Ran 1 mile slow and steady then we did 1:2 intervals of fast paced (no talking) with recovery (our slow and steady comfortable talking pace) ---we did intervals for a mile and then the last mile slow and steady.  

We were all spent by the end--but it felt good.  We pushed ourselves and I know we could have done more....
