Today was day 4 of Insanity and this program is kicking my butt. I thought P90X was intense--this is INSANE. Max cardio intervals --the warm up brings me to my knees. There is literally a huge puddle of sweat under me by the time the warm up is completed and it does not stop there.
I have noticed I am increasing my endurance even in just these few days----don't get me wrong, I still need to press pause just to bring my heart rate down to an acceptable level, but I am pressing it less often.
